REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Any capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to them under the Terms of Use which govern your use of our website (www.kagipl.com).

Customer Cancellation

As a general rule, customers shall not be entitled to cancel an order once placed. However, customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting the KAGIPL Team. If a cancellation is made within this 24-hour window, we will refund the whole amount after deducting GST and convenience charges. KAGIPL reserves the right to deny any refund under a cancellation initiated by the customer, even if the same is within the 24-hour window.

If a customer cancels their order after 24 hours of placing it, KAGIPL reserves the right to collect a penalty of 100 % of the order amount for breach of contract terms as compensation for the damages suffered. This penalty may result in no refund of the order value if the order is prepaid.

Non-Customer Cancellation

KAGIPL reserves the right to collect a penalty for orders that are constrained to be cancelled for reasons not attributable to KAGIPL, including but not limited to:

1. The address provided by the customer is either incorrect or falls outside the service/delivery zone.

2. Failure to contact the customer by phone or email at the time of service or delivery.

3. Failure to provide sufficient information, direction, or authorization from the customer at the time of installation or consultancy.

4. Unavailability of the customer at the scheduled time of service or delivery.

In the unlikely event that a service or product is unavailable, KAGIPL will contact the customer using the phone number provided at the time of placing the order and inform them of such unavailability. In this case, the customer will be entitled to cancel the entire order and a refund of 100% of the order value.

Refunds

Customers may also be entitled to a refund of up to 100% of the order value if KAGIPL fails to provide the service due to a cause attributable to either KAGIPL or its service partners. However, such refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Our decision on refunds shall be final and binding.

All refund amounts shall be credited to the customer’s account according to the payment mechanism selected by the customer. The estimated timelines for processing refunds are detailed below:

KAGIPL strictly discourages any substandard service on its platform and reserves the right to report such incidents to the concerned authorities for appropriate legal action.
